Worse ever experience

Email received about price increase from openserve. I called held om for 1h30 no help, then started a online chat at 12h08, at 16h45 still no response. Tried to upgrade product then get error cannot be automatically upgraded need to call.

I search other providers also using openserve and can get same package for cheaper.

I want feedback on

Why am I getting an increase whilst new customers get cheaper products, and other openserve providers is not reflecting an increase.

Why can I not upgrade my product online, why offer a service you cannot give.

Do you really care about your loyal customers, or is this MWEB believing they are so big loosing a few clients is not a concern.
