Worse customer service and management omw

Terrible customer service omw. My internet was working fine, had it for less than a month and then it got cut off. Contacted them and they said they put it back on and it should be working which it isn't, they need to sent out a technician and if it is our fault a min of R1700 will be charged. For what? It was working before? Nothing happening. I asked to speak to the manager was told it is Jemaff, he refused to come to the phone. Looking at the reviews here I doubt anything Will come of this bad review but I'm cancelling and I will spread far and wide how terrible your service is.
