Wors service ever

I have placed an order. Paid the fee. One month later, for them to phone me and tell me there is no coverage in my area. Suggested an alternative coverage supplier. Put my order in for that. Almost two weeks later, just to tell me there is still no coverage. I cancelled everything. And requested a refund. This is really pathetic.
