Won't recommend Mweb to my dog...

Been with Mweb a month and a half. Was more off line than online. Yet they can't fix my connection. Promising to call me and update me but no truth in that. Their **** app kicking me off 11 times. Countless attempts to get assistance but to no avail. Out of the month and a half I was 11 days internet no connection. This recent stint been offline since Sunday at 4 in the morning. But yesterday they wanted their payment which I did. I am beyond frustrated. Contemplating getting me a new service provider.
