Wifi with no connection

I have a monthly subscription with Mweb and have never default however it has been 3 day without an internet since the night of the 7th.11.2021.I called in yesterday on 09.11.2021 and they could not assist me now I have to incure extra cost by buying data on my phone. It's better to discontinue my services with them.
