WiFi , what WiFi ?

Spent 3 weeks without internet whilst being charged my full subscription is more than annoying .. and your constant reminders to use your app are plain off putting , your app has less result than breathing water .. I've logged my issue via mail twice and wasted far too much of my airtime on two separate calls too with the only result being a daily reminder that there's a ticket open in my name , yeah thanks I know
