Wifi unstable
Your Openserve Wifi is not stable guys it's been too long. Every single day there's too many disruptions and it's annoying. Please do something to fix this account no ***7. Thank you

We understand how frustrating it must be to deal with daily connection disruptions, especially when the instability has been ongoing for some time. This kind of inconsistent service can be very disruptive and impact your ability to rely on the connection.
We have reset the line to remove any underlying issues and would like you to restart your router and monitor the connection to see whether the disconnections persist.
If the issue continues, please check what the PON and LOS lights are doing on your Openserve/Huawei router at the time the connection drops, as this will help determine whether the issue is signal-related. Additionally, if your router is connected to a UPS or backup power supply, please disconnect it and connect it directly to the main electricity supply to see whether there is any difference.
