Wifi router with no service

I got wifi router with Mweb it’s been a month now,the router has no internet I have called their technical department a thousand times and no one is helping ,I tried cancelling it the other day they told me l will be liable to pay r2000 if l cancel for what I don’t understand,I never get any service from this router but I got an invoice of R1100 and I ask why cause my monthly subscription is supposed to be 500 a month theytell me I’m billed in advance for the following month,no one ever explained this to me when l took out this wifi service,now I’m stuck with a router that forever has no network and they not allowing me to cancel it,and their call centre is useless you call and you hold for 20 mins only for a consultat to not even assist with your query
