WIFI NOT ACTIVATED GOING FOR 3 MONTHS

I have spend hours on the line being moved from pillar to post with getting my service activated , I have app**** for the wifi package in February we almost in april ?? I decided to call them and attempt to get my system activated after so many calls to them , I get through spend 40 minutes on the line re explain my story only to be told hold on and the lady cuts my call guys is this a MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY??? I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU GUYS TO CALL ME IMMEDIATLEY TO RESOLVE MY ROUTER THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE GUYS.......***
