Wifi down since late last year. First Telkom line blamed. Then modem wrongly condemned. As we about to buy a modem, strangely some smart tech called and reset system that started to work again. System went down again fm 17 Jan 2023. Some 3 wkd now. Unable to get proper support. No option to escalate matter or report frustration to more senior management.
