Wifi move request 4 weeks later STILL pending!

I am writing this review /complaint out of pure desperation! i have recently purchased a new home and requested 4 weeks ago to have my wifi moved to my new address. Weeks later and i am still met with multiple frustrations as i have gone back and forth via email sending additional documentation upon Mwebs request , calling multiple times too follow up on my move request - to a point where i am now left with not a single cent of airtime or data usage for that matter to follow up on my move request. It is utterly disapointing to have to pay over R2000 for this wifi move and still have to deal with incompetence and client serves treating you like an irritation.
