WIFI Line Speeds Are Always Going DOWN.

This company never seems to amaze me. I have been a client with them for a while but I am still having so much issues with them. I pay close to R1000 pm for a 400mbps line yet every 3rd day there is an issue where my line speed slows down to 10mbps. I cannot do any work from home or have the pleasure of watching a moving without it freezing. After so many complaints weekly about the same issue but nothing get resolved. The company is quick to debit money from your account but cannot fix an ongoing problem. Honestly thinking about cancelling them & finding another to replace them.
