Wi-Fi disconnected

I signed up with m web in July payment successfully collected in July line got DISCONNECTED i called they could give m an answer as to y I was DISCONNECTED as they could see payments where being successfully collected in August and September I sent email no responses i called sales they couldn't gvm a resolution they just promised to call m back i had no internet services however they kept on debiting I had to reverse and stop debit order and now only they getting in touch threatening to list m on the credit bureau well guess what I have all the proof of emails that's iv sent with no response and surely ur calls are recorded and should b made available upon request with that said I will b escalating this matter to the ombudsmen...why cancel my services but still debit I am so annoyed and frustrated as this is causing me financial loss an indebtriment and il make sure that i sue u what ever it takes 🤞
