Why was my wifi disconnected after i made payment

I am beyond ****ed off how are you going to disconnect my wifi after i made payment this is totally unacceptable cause if i don't pay it gets to disconnected not a minute later

So how do pay my wifi but it’s disconnected i have the proof that i made payment your call centre are a nightmare to get a hold off please switch on my wifi and who its going to reimburse me for the days mu wifi is off
