Why oh why did MWEB get involved with Ignite....

Dear MWEB:

I did not ask you to take over the ISP of Ignite, but seeing as though ou have, I expect the same level of service I received from them.

My internet usage has been the same, but I am now being depleted at x2 the rate? You sent me an email saying my usage was at 80% and while I could not connect it just finished off the remaining 20%???

With Ignite I never had connection issues, your connection however is ******* - your rates are obviously higher; and his after Ignite assured me that everything will remain the same. It is obviously not the same.

I am a trader, who will be held responsible for my trades that blew up because of an unreliable connection?
