Why mweb why?
I have an 8mb line with mweb but every night i come home from work and want to just stream a series,but i cant,because all it does is buffer,i then proceed to try and download it,once again at 10kbs so no that wont work,then i proceed to do a speed test and all is fine with my line..why am i being shaped every single day if im paying alot for an 8mb line thats suppose to run smooth !i phone customor care and all they say is my line is fine,i phone telkom and they say my line is fine,so why would my youtube stream be fast but the rest wont work?
