Why is this taking so long?

Good morning,

I app**** 6 months ago for Wifi at my home. The application was reinstated a month ago and I am still waiting for delivery of the product ordered, I am very unhappy about the amount of time this is taking to resolve. Especially since we have fibre installed at the complex I live in.
