When will I get my fibre or just a straight answer from MWEB!!!

I gave ordered my product on the 18th of March. Mweb states it takes 14 working days for installations to be complete we are going on to day number 18 after order. Installations has started on the 30th of March, we are now at the 16th of April and installation is still not complete. Where I then received a notification saying there is a delay because of maintenance. What maintenance takes 13 working days? I have been phoning in everyday from the 31st to find out when installation will be completed and no one can give me an answer it is R300s airtime later and still no fibre. There is no updates or any communication on this matter. Really upset by this. I would kindly ask for any tips/assistance because this is ridiculous.
