When they say free upgrade they mean big downgrade

What a joke they are. I had a perfect 200meg up and down line. then they did a promotion of 400 down and 200 up upgrade. More like a downgrade i now have a 2meg downlead and 30 upload. when you phone in the keep sending you from one person to the next. say they will fix it and call back. that was a week ago not fixed and no call back. Best part of this all I was not even asked if I wanted the stupid upgrade. Who do i have to call fore them to fix this
