Whats the use with a company that doesn't give a...

So I did actually give a five star rating about two weeks ago for abdul from Mweb. If anyone knows how to retract it please let me know. Mweb deducted my account today. One of three things that they said they would do was actually done. My line keeps dropping, a brand new lrouter and now I have to pay another call out fee. I can watch showmax because every 30 min the line keeps dropping. My account was credited once after I had to sit without internet for two weeks. I was said that they will adjust my account. It should have been half of what was actually deducted. Looks like when a compaby grows they couldn't care less about the people who actually stayed with them. So when this **** contract expires Im gone to a company that actually cares about their customers becasmise this is just ridiculous, and the second worst provider I have ever had. Will not recommend this place to anyone ever again.
