whats going on with mweb ????

I have battled for the last 3 days to try and set up a website , when you send emails .all they do is send you a reference no , so frustrating ,eventually I posted a complaint on hello peter and they got back to me , wow ,I have now been trying to call them and email them since yesterday afternoon ,and NOTHING ,just loads of reference numbers . I have wasted so much time hanging on the phone , I can't believe how slack they have become. I am truly shocked ,what happened ,they used to be on top of the game ??Oh well time to look for another provider I suppose .How can you just throw business away like this ????TOO SUCCESFUL ??????now they don't care.
