WHAT'S GOING ON MWEB AND OPENSERVE!!!!!!

Today the 26th June is 3weeks to the day that the terminal and router has been installed and no activation yet I phone and wait on the phone for an hour every day when they do their job and answer the phone all I get is Openserve was cyber hacked and have to wait. I wonder is this what new clients can expect in service, even after reading everyone's comments on this page not even their management replies and explains what going on
