What the hell happened to MWEB's service?

I have a number of different products with MWEB and they used to give good service. Now that I want to buy another product all hell has broken loose. They won't answer their phone because apparently their sales department has a backlog. I finally got hold of one person who said that they don't do hosting. when I explained that I had several sites with them she was confused and needed to phone a friend. I am still waiting for her to come back to me to see why I have products she thinks they don't sell. Then I eventually got hold of 2 more staff members who confirmed they do actually do hosting but said that it is not their job to help customers and that they would find someone who does actually work there and come back to me. This person must be dead cause I am still waiting. I have been asking for over 3 weeks for someone to contact me and I have spent hours on the phone on hold. Since they don't want my business I will move to another service provider who does want the business. But if trying to give them a sale is hard I am sure it will be next to impossible for me to cancel. But I will continue trying and complaining in every avenue I can. They used to give good service but now they refuse to help to paying customers.
