What the hell???
I went with MWeb and I am not happy with there services. I have been struggling with my internet speed now for 3 days. i got an response from one of the guys in the technical department he said \ I have recreated your ADSL port and re-provisioned your MWEB services

As per your telephone conversation with our customer service representative, he explained to you how the throttling on the accounts works and what the thresholds for the 4mb standard accounts are..
