What support?

Mweb have cancelled one of my email accounts when I downgraded from one of their products. I have it in writing asking them to keep both address's. I keep querying what is happening and getting no replies or they just try close the status of my query so i keep reopening it. I get accounts sent to this email address and it has been inactive for the past few weeks.
Shocking service...
