WHAT SERVICE??? Cant complain, there is none!!!

Disgusting, shocking and totally non existent service. I have been without Internet since the 23rd of December, with a simple request to move address. I get shunted from department to department, and no one is taking accountability. nevermind that i have paid for a months service in advance.
