What has happened to Mwebs Customer Support!!!!

Does anyone still work for this company? I have been trying since Monday to get through to anyone and then I am just told my call cannot be taken right now. They told me they would run the debit again or I'll get disconnected, which I am trying to avoid, but yet there seems to be no one available to help. Like they don't want the payment. Definitely considering changing ISPs. It's supposed to be easier these days, but I have started dreading dealing with Mweb.
