What happened to the once good service of MWEB?

Have been trying for weeks on end to get reaction from MWEB regarding the physical moving of my wifi router which was installed badly by Octotel to begin with. The lines are bad, calls simply get disconnected, you give up after waiting for twenty minutes or get put on hold without end.
