I have a problem logging into my MWeb online account . For some reason my credentials are not valid anymore. Do you think it is possible to find some living sole in MWeb that can assist you. I have tried on numerous occasions over the past few months and just gave up every time I tried. today I decided to try again. Their very complicated telephone system does not offer you a selection that could address the problem, so you are forced to choose the wrong option and then are promised to be put through to the correct person ( who does not exist) that will help you. You are then cut off or if you lucky put through to a number that it not answered at all telling you you are number 1 in the queue and that is where it ends. See if you can find an email address to send a query to. If you want to buy something there is a plethora of option but please don't try and solve a simple thing like access to your account. Pathetic beyond words.
