What an impossible service provider to deal with

What horrible customer service! It's impossible to report anything to MWEB. You log and log queries, and there's no priority. There's no number or telephone number to call. You try their chatbots, and they leave you hanging without sorting out the problem. This is a horrible company to deal with.
