What a horrible experience with Mweb

I have been on a call with the Mweb call center agents for more than 40 minutes and no one seems to be able to assist me with a simple issue of changing my RICA address, I have been transferred from one agent to the other, from one department to the other and all can't seem to help me with a simple thing like changing my address. All of these people keeps on asking for my ID number, address then after that they tell me they can't help me they have to transfer me. Why are they taking my details if they know they can't help
