What a dreadful day thanks to MWeb Technical "help"

The worst technical help ever. Have spent the whole day trying to get my service connected at my new home. No one can help. Calls constantly drop. I am so tired, feel very upset and have had a gut full of their abysmal service. Cancelling account, but shouldn't imagine that bothers them.
