Well done Mweb

I am writing this review to compliment Mweb, on their outstanding service which I received last week. From the moment I placed my order online until my fibre was activated, it only took 3 days to effect!

I would like to make particular mention of the following individuals:

* Xoliswa in "orders" - she received my call, picked up my online order, and immediately confirmed it and arranged with Vumatel to install their fibre box. Xoliswa was efficient, friendly and very accommodating. * Vinod from Britelink (via Vumatel) arrived on Wednesday morning to install the Vumatel fibre box - again very efficient, informative and accommodating to our needs. * Amanda in "activations" - whilst I was on the call with her, she activated my account and we were able to make use of our fibre that afternoon already.

It was hugely satisfying to receive such awesome, professional and excellent service! Keep up the good work!
