Website Down for 1 Day with No Response

The initial issue was to fix the CPanel (which was apparently pointing to the wrong server), so that I am able to use the functions such as securing a directory with a password. After this fix was app****, I was unable to access the FTP (Authentication Failed) or website. The website has not been publicly accessible since. I have already phoned technical support staff at Mweb Business (3 times yesterday and this morning) who seem ill-equipped to resolve this issue. Every day our website is down, we lose 150 potential customers. The website also hosts other features which is currently impacting our marketing department.
