Web Africa and Mweb do NOT sign up with these companies

From my last post i have still had no luck in speaking to anyone from Mweb.I see they are owned by Web Africa. I phoned their call centre and i actually got to speak to someone. As soon as i mentioned Mweb he stated he only works for Web Africa. He promised that someone would phone me in 10 min. His attitude was very disrespectful. And true to nature nobody phoned me. I then found a whatsapp number. The person on the other end stated he only does sales for Mweb. When i asked him to refer me to someone he has ignored all further messages. Mweb also does not have any office address in Cape Town and no workable email address. My advice to all is stop your debit orders with your bank. That is what i have done. Now i wait for a phone call. lol. The WhatsApp number for the so called Mweb sales is ***. Bombard him with messages.
