We need better service providers

IN SUMMARY STOP USING MWEB SO WE CAN MAKE ROOM FOR BETTER SERVICE PROVIDERS.

It is shocking to me how fast Mweb is willing to contact you when you are purchasing or upgrading a product, however after being a client for 10+ years, my Wifi has been down for the last 5 days. I've tried calling the support center for assistance over the last 5 days multiple times. I somehow always end up as caller 28, After 30 mins of waiting i get down to number 19- So does this mean for the entire country of over 500,000 users, there is only a handful of technicians available or is the number of issues just so vast that at any point there are 1000's of issues at a time. Regardless, the after sales is terrible and if anyone has a recommendation for a better service provider please let me know, the sooner we collectively stop using service providers with poor quality service, the sooner we can make room for better service providers.
