We just got Mweb fibre 2 weeks ago and unfortunately we can only access the signal in only one room in our house and when I called to ask what can be done about it, they told be because of the amount of walls in my house it will stay like that. This information is something that could have been told to me as they were busy with the cables for installation. I therefore said I wanted to cancel, because we are unable to access it and I was told to pay R 3 251 as a cancelation fee.
