We had a problem where our internet was just down with no explanation
We had a problem where our internet was just down with no explanation. I then contacted the call agents via the app and Sameera was able to assist me and my problem got resolved in 10mins. She was so friendly and helpful and made a stressful situation so much easier for us. Thank you so much for that.
