We at it AGAIN

There's been no service in the ormonde area for the past 3 days. Mweb does not even have the decency to inform their beloved customers how long there will be a network problem In the area. It's our job to call and enquire about mwebs faulty service! Worst of all is its not a individual line fault you get billed for those days it's off. How the hell do u pay for something youre not using.. Please explain that to me
