Waste of time

Order no. X***. Ordered on 20/05/2021 and still no date of installation 4 x weeks later. Tried to call at least 10 x times but because staff are working from home my call gets cut off everytime I ask for management or I get told that I need to leave a message as managers don't receive calls, they only make them. That's ludicrous! This is they type of non-existent customer service from MWEB and I'm not even a paying customer yet!?
