Want to upgrade my LTE but 0 customer support!

Want to upgrade my LTE package and add another LTE product to my account but to get in contact with mweb is an absolute nightmare. You have to Email, Phone and post on twitter, facebook and everywhere else possible for about 5 days before you get in contact with anyone there. It is the 20th of November today I would like to get my my added sim and package upgrade before month end so that I can start using it during December but you guys are not making it easy.
