Waiting to speak to a representative at MWEB - a looonnnggg wait!

Mweb your call centre is useless. Was no 26 in the queue at 8am. Been holding on and at 8,30am I am 14 in the queue. Could be waiting a looooonnnngggg time! Definitely need to upgrade your assistance!!!
