Waiting time too long
<div>Waiting time too long. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes before my call was answered I requested the service on 18 May 2026. Still waiting on a connection. The agent I spoke to this morning was excellent in her explanation, however I feel I am actually not getting a service which I am expected to pay for.</div>
