waiting on the line like a crazy person

i have an exisitng account with mweb , i needed to add fibre for my other address it allowed me to choose openserv which isnt even available in my area ti paid for them to come and instal after waiting a week I called in and they advised I need to move to Metrofibre , metro fibre agen calls me and says they coming on Friday they confirm my adress the only mistake their edmin personmade was my unit number he then says he will check and revert back to me its Monday Im on the line wih Mweb for what feels like 2 hours Im caller number 6 when i finally get to an agent she transfers me to someone else where I am caller number 6 again and I need to wait. this is trerrible service.
