Waiting for the activation of my new account for more than a week

I've moved over from my previous internet service provider to mweb for the first time and my experience with them so far its just bad been trying to activate my internet with them for more than a week now and they said it will only take 48 hours after the installation its now been more than a week you try contacting them just no one answers there phones the guy that i did dealt with just doesn't respond to my emails if this is how they treat a new customer then i don't want to know how they going to treat you in the future
