Waiting for order to processed after 2 weeks

I signed up with MWeb 2 weeks ago. I kept receiving emails that my order has been delayed due to some reason and they require more information from me. Why didn't they request it from the beginning? Eventually they called me yesterday but I wasn't able to answer. I received an SMS that I need to phone them back. I stayed on the line for so long that my airtime ran out and I never even got through to a consultant. I can't find an email address to contact them, only phone numbers that end up being a waste of time and money.
