Terrible, Terrible, and more Terrible

I am waiting now 21 days for my router. Phoning MWEB is like impossible. You have to stay on the line for hours. According to the operator the router was delivered on the 14th of December. I was on holiday during that time and did not sign for it. The operator told my she will come back to me when finding out who signed for it. I am still waiting. The only service they good at is deducting your money even though you cannot use line.
