Waiting for a month to receive a mere router

I am so disappointed with the service I have been getting. I took fibre with them and they came and installed the fibre now to bring the router and for connection, they have been giving hard time. I am very disappointed because I have been sitting at home without Internet I even regret cancelling my previous service provider. My advice will be stay away from mweb and metro fibre
