Waiting...

I am putting a rating of two done in the hope that Mweb is able to restore some sort of faith in my dealings with them. I have called and left my number via the prompts, I have spoken to two people who indicated they would escalate my request, I have even messaged them on Facebook hoping to get s response, they don't seem to have an option to email them, the chat bot is useless on the site and still no call back, no installation. I must note that a call was scheduled for installation and tow gentleman arrived - basically telling me it cannot be done and and and, and it would be rescheduled - now I have been trying get this rescheduled...its a week later! Please could somebody call me ***.
