Waiting 6 weeks for an installation - and still waiting

Perhaps i should have checked the reviews on hellopeter before signing up to Mweb! I've been waiting 6 weeks for the delivery of an ONT box to connect my router to for fibre. Over 7 calls, estimated waiting time over 40 minutes before answering. Multiple cut offs when call exceeds an hour with no resolve. Not one sms, WhatsApp or email to respond, despite multiple promises of sorting it out, escalating to management and even promises to sort out within 2 hours while on the call. Staggering to believe these guys are still in business. Please consider using a different service provider to avoid this insanely *********** level of delivery.
